Recept: Brokolicová pomazánka

Suroviny

  • 500 g brokolice
  • 2 – 3 trojuholníky taveného syru
  • 80 g obyčajného masla
  • 1 menšia cibuľka
  • 1 stredná mrkva
  • Soľ
  • Mrazená alebo čerstvá pažítka

Postup

  1. Brokolicu uvaríme v osolenej vode do mäkka, necháme odkvapkať a vychladnúť.
  2. Cibuľu narežeme na drobno.
  3. Do misky dáme uvarenú brokolicu, maslo, syr, cibuľu. Ponorným mixérom zmixujeme.
  4. Pridáme najemno nastúhanú mrkvu, pažítku a podľa chuti dosolíme.
