Recept: Rybacia pomazánka so syrom

Suroviny

  • 1 konzerva sardiniek alebo sleďov v oleji
  • 1 menšia cibuľka
  • 100 – 125 g syru v črievku alebo iného mäkkého syru
  • 2 PL horčice
  • 2 strúčiky cesnaku

Postup

  1. Do vhodnej nádoby dáme ryby z konzervy a pridáme aj olej (podľa množstva, ak nie je veľa, môže byť aj celý). Vidličkou popučíme a zamiešame.
  2. Cibuľku nakrájame čo najjemnejšie a pridáme do nádoby k rybám.
  3. Pridáme syr, horčicu a prelisovaný cesnak. Všetko spolu dobre premiešame.
  4. Ihneď môžeme podávaať s pečivom
