Recept: Pečený losos na masle

  • Filety z lososa
  • Maslo
  • Soľ
  • Citrón
  • Petržlenová vňať nasekaná

Postup

  1. Filety z lososa umyjeme a vysušíme. Osolíme a pokvapkáme citrónovou šťavou.
  2. Malom vymastíme zapekaciu misu a vložíme rybu. Na vrch dáme ešte plátky masla a nasekanú petržlenovú vňať.
  3. Pečieme pri 170°C, kým nie je losos upečený.
  4. Podávame so zemiakmi alebo zemiakovým šalátom.
