Recept: Vyprážaný syr

Suroviny

  • tvrdý syr
  • olej na vyprážanie
  • hladká múka
  • 2 vajcia
  • strúhanka
  • soľ

Postup

  1. Narezané plátky tvrdého syru, najlepšie 45% eidamu, nie 30%, ten by sa roztiekol, prekrojíme na polovicu, bude sa nám lepšie manipulovať pri vyprážaní.
  2. Obaľujeme nasledovne: najprv do vajíčka s štipkou soli, potom do hladkej múky, opäť vajíčko a nakoniec strúhanka.
  3. Rozpálime olej na vhodnej panvici a tesne pred vložením syr ešte raz obalíme vo vajíčku.
  4. Opražíme s oboch strán pekne do zlatista. Nepražíme dlho, lebo by sa syr roztiekol.
  5. Podávame so zemiakmi alebo hranolkami a s tatárskou omáčkou.
