Recept: Zeleninová polievka s pórom

Suroviny

  • 1 stredná cibuľka
  • 2 mrkvy
  • Hrsť mrazeného hrášku
  • 1 malý pór
  • cestoviny do polievky (guličky, alebo písmenka)
  • 1 zeleninový bujón
  • 1/4 ČL červenej papriky
  • 1 ČL petržlenovej vňate
  • soľ
  • olej

Postup

  1. Cibuľku nadrobno pokrájame a na oleji krátko popražíme
  2. Pridáme na kolieska nakrájanú mrkvu a spolu s cibuľkou ešte krátko popražíme
  3. Pridáme červenú papriku zalejeme vodou,dáme zel. bujón a privedieme do varu
  4. Po 20 minútach pridáme hrášok a nakrájaný pór, necháme variť do mäkka
  5. Medzitým uvaríme zvlášť cestovinu do polievky
  6. Dochutíme soľou a nakoniec pridáme petržlenovú vňať
