Recept: Zapekaná brokolica

Suroviny

  • 1 brokolica
  • 1 cibuľa
  • 100-150 g šunky
  • 1 vajce
  • 1 šľahačková smotana
  • 150 g tvrdého syru
  • soľ
  • olej
  • 1 PL masla

Postup

  1. Brokolicu rozoberieme na ružičky a uvaríme do polomäkka v osolenej vode.
  2. Cibuľu nakrájame nadrobno a popražíme na masle a oleji.
  3. Pridáme šunku narezanú na štvorčeky a ešte podusíme.
  4. Do pekáča dáme brokolicu a popraženú cibuľku so šunkou. Zalejeme so šľahačkovou smotanou, do ktorej sme rozhabarkovali 1 vajce.
  5. Posypeme nastrúhaným tvrdým syrom a pečieme cca 45 min. pri 200 °C
